Jerry Ratcliffe is a former police officer and researcher who has authored numerous books on policing, crime reduction and evidence-based policing. He has taught officers from small town municipalities up to federal agencies, and worked with police departments from El Salvador to New Zealand. He lives and works in Philadelphia.
